- Everyone must sanitize their hands before entering the pitch
- Those over the age of 11; Must wear a face mask prior to entering and leaving the pitch
- Body temperature of players will be taken before entering in the pitch before each session
- Avoid physical contact such as handshaking and hugging.
- Keep at least 2 meters apart during training sessions where possible.
- Do not share your personal belongings such as towel and training kits.
- Players are advised to bring their own drinks or refreshments, in a named container
- Do not touch your mouth and eyes with your hands.
- If you have recently entered the UK, please do not attend training sessions for 14 days after your return and follow government guidelines.
- If you have one of the following symptoms, please do not attend practice and call 111 for further advice:
- A high temperature (above 37.8°C);
- A new, continuous cough;
- A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell of taste.
- Wash your training kit 60-90°C with regular detergents after each session.
- Drink plenty of fluids, maintain a balanced diet and pay attention to your sleep patterns.
- Your wellbeing is incredibly important to us, so we expect you to respect others wellbeing in return.
